Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order.

After notifying us that you want to return your order, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

Return conditions

For health and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of supplements when:

  • the product is unopened;
  • the seal is intact;
  • the product has not been used;
  • the product is in a resellable condition.

Products with a broken seal cannot be returned.

How to request a return

To request a return, please contact us at contact@cheechaa.com and include:

  • your name;
  • your order number;
  • the product you want to return;
  • the reason for the return, if you want to share it.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund the eligible amount using the same payment method used for the original order.

We will process the refund as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving your return request. We may wait with the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof that the product was sent back.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery at contact@cheechaa.com.

Please include clear photos of:

  • the product;
  • the packaging;
  • the shipping label.

We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution.
