Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

• there is a pricing or technical error;
• fraud or misuse is suspected;
• we are legally not allowed to sell or ship the product to your location.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

Prices

All prices shown on the website include VAT, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout before payment.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Returns and refunds

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed supplement products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.

Damaged or incorrect products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution.

You may create an account to manage your details and view your order history.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
