Cheechaa ships orders from the Netherlands using PostNL and/or trusted delivery partners.

At this stage, Cheechaa only ships within the European Union. We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, or countries outside the EU.
Delivery times
Orders placed on business days before 16:00 are usually processed the same day, provided all items are in stock.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We depend on the delivery carrier. Deliveries to Belgium, Germany, France, Spain and other EU countries may take longer.
Partial availability
If one or more products in your order are temporarily unavailable, we may contact you to agree on the best solution. We may either wait until the full order is available or ship the available items first.
Missed delivery
If the carrier cannot deliver your parcel, it may be taken to a nearby pickup point. You will receive information about this from the carrier.
If the parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we will contact you. If you want the order to be shipped again, additional shipping costs may apply.
